Hi, My name is Sasha-lee. I am a friendly and versatile person. I am able to to a number of different tasks and always willing to learn more to expand my skills. At my current job, I am responsible for the accounts and admin related duties of the business. In my work I process all sales invoices and capture all purchases. I then reconcile for payment/ Receivables and monitor these accounts closely and on a daily basis. Entries are made from the bank statements to the cash book. once accounts have been reconciled and all credit notes passed, statements are issued accordingly. I attend to other Adhoc duties such as: Monitoring of warehouse staff, Calculating wages and overtime, Dispatching, Inventory Control, Ordering of new supplies, Monitoring price increases of suppliers, Truck costings and consumptions, Verifying and processing credit applications and adding new customers and stock codes to the system. In my previous position at Camperdown Hardware, I was responsible for;Filing and General Admin. Process Grv's, Supplier Invoices and Purchase Orders. Create codes for new stock items.
