22 years spent in South Africa's diverse education sector has taught me so much: from classroom pedagogy to the skills needed to curate, design, script, storyboard and review corporate and higher education eLearning solutions. I have a BA degree in Industrial Psychology and English and extensive experience working with South African and global eLearning clients and learning houses. Sectors here include higher education, hospitality, healthcare, insurance, financial services, cannabis education, HR and manufacturing. I have also created and facilitated an instructional design course that has been rolled out to various Instructional Design teams across South Africa including Liberty, Rand Merchant Bank, Hollard and Discovery.
