I hold an MBA and a Doctor Technologiae: Business Administration degree. Both degrees are centred around the design of data strategies and the development of decision-making frameworks and strategies. I have held various management and team lead positions within the Digital, Continuous Improvement, Business Improvement, Customer Experience, Master Data Management, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing space. My work experience spans across various departments: Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Continuous Improvement, Customer Experience Management, Master Data Management, Data Quality, Business Improvement, Call Centres, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Inventory and Distribution. I have proven leadership experience with a specific focus on general administration, people management & development, budget management, strategy and framework development, maintaining client relationships, business planning and running official departmental meetings. I have extensive experience working with international teams, consultants, and external service providers, maintaining such relationships has been a key responsibility. I hold two certifications in Project Management (Prince 2 and Agile PM) and he is a Certified Process Professional - Master (CPP). I am a seasoned and passionate ICT lecturer; I teach Knowledge Management and Information Management on a part-time basis. I am a research supervisor for honours and masters level students at Milpark and Mancosa. I have been appointed as a master’s level external marker and examination reviewer for the University of Pretoria. I also serve on the advisory board of the Tshwane University of Technology Business School.
