With extensive experience in the HR / ER Field, I am a well-rounded Professional. I am an innovative person with strong Interpersonal, Organizational, Admin, Time, and Priority Management skills. My Knowledge of best class HR / ER Practices and excellent People Skills enabled me to Develop and Implement HR / ER Strategy, Policies and Procedures and to partner with Business both at Strategic and Operational level. My Leadership abilities are reflected in the number of HR / ER National and Regional Committees, Boards and Forums I either chaired or served on over the years. My goal has been and will remain to Add Value to the Organization I am involved with to ensure Growth and Development. I am a registered Chartered HR Practitioner with the SA Board for People Practices. As a former Director of various Companies, I was required to participate in the overall growth of the Organizations and I successfully contributed to all other company functions namely Operations, Commercial, Tendering, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Administration, etc. I therefore understand the Business Environment and Business Practices.
