I have worked diligently for the same company since March 2010, Wam Metals. I have grown tremendously and have gained vast amounts of experience. I have been from position to position not because I couldn’t cope. It’s because I improved each area I was in and my directors thought I was up for a more difficult challenge. Once I had left an area within Wam Metals it had been improved drastically not just for me but for whom ever took over after me, I made sure to establish a better system and way to handle, control and work within those positions. These are the positions I have gained experience in: ● 5 Axis CNC Machine programmer, setter and controller (Current Position). Machines I currently work on: Mazak J200-S Integrex, Okuma Multus B300-W, Mori Seiki NTX2000 F31iB5 and Tongai 25YB. ● 3D Product designer and Tool-room assistant. ● Dispatch clerk / Expeditor Data capturing / Planner ● Managerial and interpersonal: I have overseen a team of up-to 3 drivers, 2 packers and 5 assemblers. I work well with all levels in the organization including Junior, Senior and Executive Management levels. ● I work well with others, I like to motivate them, share credit where due and accept responsibility for things I have done wrong. ● I like to gather all appropriate information before making a decision. ● I will listen attentively, speak effectively and openly express ideas. ● I will provide feedback and provide well thought out solutions. ● I am superb at multitasking, setting goals, coordinating tasks and I have an eye for detail. ● I keep within set boundaries when required, I don’t avoid conflict but rather manage it and ensure the reason for the conflict is solved within my capability. ● Identifying problem areas, correcting, analyzing and develop a strategy to combat those weak points. ● Computer / IT Design Programs: ○ Solid Works (3D Modeling). ○ Rapid Works (3D Modeling). ○ Next Engine Quick Scan HD (3D Scanning). ○ Blender (3D animation modeling – Self-taught). ○ Microsoft Word o MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project Pastel Accounting o Delivery Notes. ○ Wam Database o Use of a locally developed program to control my sector of the company. ○ Gimp 2. ○ Adobe: Photoshop and Illustrator.
