I have extensive experience in working with clients directly providing them with solutions that address their needs to improve the overall plant operation. I am customer centric and therefore delivering solutions that directly address client's problems and that is fulfilling. I am deeply involved in project management; planning, budgeting, resource allocations, execution plans, execution coaching, follow-ups on deliverables progress and mentoring staff members, kick-off meetings, after commissioning support. Over and above this, part of my work includes risk assessments, drafting manufacturing procedures, workshop lab steward and supervisor, hands-on assembling, calibrations, testing and co-ordinating commissioning as well as commissioning where needs are. Quality assurance is essential to the work that I am involved in. I need to supply the Manufacture’s Data Report to clients as proof that the product meets their quality specifications. Procurement- ordering spares and shipping tested spares to clients.
