I have experience dealing with customers, other SPCA branches and veterinary practices therefore my communication skills are on point. I also have experience in dealing with irate customers over the phone and in person. I have a huge passion for animals and people, and have a lot of patience. I am experienced in liaising and maintaining relationships with vets and SPCA staff. I know the urgency of time management and the importance of details as it is important in my work place. Confidentiality is also important.
