I Luvhimbi Rotondwa currently an intern in the Organisational Design and Development unit at Government Pension Administration Agency. The Organisational Design and Development unit has equipped me with skills to interact more with my community and the society that comes with it. It has enhanced me with the ability to work interactively with people and improved my communication skills. My expertise lies in successfully developing and implementing strategic processes, growth focused procedures, and optimal quality initiatives to maximize operational productivity and efficiency. Through my knowledge I have adapt myself at directing safety training programmes and streamlining manufacturing processes, as well as driving materials management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. My established knowledge has equipped me with ways of motivating teams as well as individuals thus contributing in your organizational performance
