I have been in the telecommunications sector for the past 30 years, with various skills from Solutions Design, Product Management, Project Management, Business Development, Account & Sales Management. I have substantial Satellite/VSAT, Fixed Wireless and Networking experience. I have successfully worked with International and local operators. I have done substantial business travels abroad, Solutions Selling, Conference speaking slots, Customer engagement, Product Launches and customer consultations. My interactions with customers are at various levels, from the C-suite right down to the technicians and sales folks. I'm practical and I have the ability to marry the Commercial aspects with the Technical aspects during customer engagements. As much as I work well on my own, I enjoy being part of a team. I have the ability to listen to customers and pick-up on their challenges, objections and then navigate the conversation around their issues leading the conversation into the products/solutions with the intention of creating long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships.
