Prior of my Quantity Surveying career abroad I was involved in construction implementation and supervision of diversified local projects in the Philippines as a Project Engineer for more than 6 years. I have extensive experience in the field of construction and project management industry of various building projects such as hotel, residential tower, high-rise offices, mixed use development, as well as infrastructure projects like airport, industrial port, roads/expressway & bridges, interchanges and site development. Works involve on computation of quantities based on design/IFC drawings, as-built drawings, specifications and contract documents; prepare bill of quantities and prepare variation orders, cost estimates/rate analysis, budget costs, payment certificates, cost reports and cash flow. I have Involved in planning and scheduling works. Experience in pre-contract and post contract projects. Proficient in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office (excel and word), Autocad and Primavera P6.
