I am a self-driven individual. I have gained a lot of experience and have relished the opportunities given to me. As I have proved myself as someone whom is willing to put in a lot of effort and time in what I do, I am able to transfer the knowledge I have gained into application. I am a project manager, risk manager and the youngest productivity champion. I intend on using my skills and experience coupled with the knowledge gained from obtaining my Engineering degree, and currently completing, my PGD in Business Management to perform any task asked of me effectively and efficiently. As a project manager, I have faced obstacles with the group of members I have been involved with. Some are the managers at which I have to report to and provide solutions to certain situations. By performing “pay-back period” techniques and illustrating a selection matrix, I was able to quantifiably prove my options and suggestions thus allowing the project to run the way I deem fit. It also allowed me to gain the respect of my peers and those of higher managerial positions, such as the General Manager and Plant Managers at my current occupation. I aspire to be involved in a business environment as my strengths and personality allows me to flourish in a business environment. I am young and have a lot of potential and are able to communicate with a variety of people, thus I believe I will be involved in a management positions.
