I have been in the telecommunications industry for more than 35 years: during this time, I had the opportunity to work in various departments from being a technician to managing 300 technicians and engineers. I have been instrumental in rolling out and writing training and maintenance guidelines for broadband products and services and later lead a team of technicians and engineers in network engineering as well as RAN Network to build Mobile. I have a passion for digitalization and graduated from WITS in the field of “Digital Management”. With my experience, qualifications (MBA), and digital knowledge I have transformed the operations across various business units within my current occupation, which include, Data and advanced services Regional Network Engineering, Telkom Mobile, and Project Management.
