I am a fast learner and have all the skills Computer skills, Communication skills, Interpersonal and Customer service skills . At my previous job I did Admin and manage the Call Centre and help my team by taking calls as well. I also did the monthly reports for my manager as he was never in office. He could rely on me to manage the Call Centre and do the Admin. I am computer literate and have knowledge of Microsoft Office. I am a fast learner and like to take on new challenges. I can work in a team and individually. I have good communication skills as I can speak Afrikaans and English fluently. At my previous job I also did data capturing I was customer service of the month at my previous job where clients were very happy with my service.
