I am an ex-academic pharmacist (MSc in Pharmacology) with an interest in, and a natural talent for writing and editing text. Post-retirement in 2016, I obtained a Certificate in Text Editing from the University of Stellenbosh. My most prominent skills are structural and stylistic editing of scientific reports in order to improve their text quality and the reader's experience, although simple copy-editing (grammar, punctuation, etc.) is automatically part of the package. I have also edited non-scientific text genres, including fiction.
