I am passionate about the customer Journey and am committed to work hard and reach targets and goals. I am willing to work weekends and holidays if necessary. I can do anything from data capturing to filing to selling over the phone. I also am experienced in telephonic assistance with customer queries and complaints. In addition I also completed a National Diploma in Early Childhood Development and have served as chairperson a primary school governing body, thus entrepreneurship and communication as well as teaching have formed a big part of my work experience. I am versatile, energetic and a fast learner.
