Good day, I have 23 years’ experience in Client Experience, starting my career in a video store after school and weekends serving clients face-to-face to servicing clients over telephone and email communication, nationally as well as internationally; USA. I have trained and gained the most vital experience of my career at Discovery Vitality Group; for 7 years, of which I was a Team Leader for 4 years. Currently I am employed at Digicall Group, as a Client Experience Liaison Team Leader. I service & manage both our corporate and consumer queries and complaints as well as I investigate and identify any service failures from all stakeholders concerned. I provide a monthly analysis to our Management Team to ensure measures are implemented to prevent future re-occurrence. In each of my previous and current job experiences, I have performed my assignments with a high degree of skill and professionalism.
