Rethabile Marweshi is an alumna of the University of Johannesburg with two HR completed degrees (BA degree & BA Honours degree). Her majors included Research Projects, Employee Relations, Strategic HR partnering, Talent and Diversity Management. She is still at an associate level nonetheless with the capability to achieve anything she sets her mind to fulfill. She is 24years old, and an HR Personnel by profession. Her previous experience and roles included (Talent Consultant for iPersonnel SA, IBR Advisor for Isabella Garcia International, HR EE consultant and administrator for City of Ekurhuleni, and a part time trainee mentor for MEMPROW SA). The Mentoring and Empowerment Programme for young girls (MEMPROW SA), is a non-governmental organisation that moves across developing and most impoverished communities in SA, providing self assertive & life skills programmes to young girls as they embark on their journeys to self discovery. At the moment I am an external human capital consultant for PICC through ADA recruitment, providing HR solutions for their newly found graduate programme. From beginning to end. So I am challenged with so much report writing, policy planning, implementation, execution and monitoring, with critical knowledge of employment law, policy and practice.
