I have 27 years of retail management experience, from food to merchandise and the hardware/tiling industry, including owning my own businesses. The experience I have in the various sectors has given me the opportunity to experience the retail industry from all angles. I come as a complete kit with Sales, Management, HR, IR, Staff management and Policies and procedure management as my strengths. I'm a go getter and will do what it takes to get a task done. I am meticulous in my approach to delivering quality work. I pay attention to detail and I have the motivation, skills and drive in attaining goals. I perform well in challenging situations. I am people- orientated and can communicate and relate well with others. This will ensure good working relations with my fellow colleagues as well as clients.
