I am a graduate with an honours degree in Industrial psychology (Registered Independent psychometrist) ; with experience as an HR administrator assisting in different HR divisions such as Recruitment; Employee relations; Training; Employee wellness and Payroll ( with training from VIP as a payroll administrator). I am a dedicated, ambitious and results driven individual with good communication and leadership skills; and enjoy challenging work and I am able work well individually or in teams. I believe that given this opportunity I would not only use it to improve myself but also the organization.
