I possess a NQF Level 4 certificate in Information Technology and Computer Science, I had the great opportunity to be part of a twelve-month experiential programme as a Trainee Helpdesk Support Technician. During this time, I provided full technical support and troubleshooting services to the college in three different campuses. In addition to that, I also possess a CompTIA A+ certification from Boston City Campus and Business College. Furthermore to my professional background I landed my second job at a HVAC company as a Branch Administrator, where I was heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, and this is where I acquired good customer skills; reporting skills and as well as how to effectively communicate both verbal and in writing. Throughout my role as a Branch Administrator, I displayed nothing but commitment; hard work; ability to learn quickly and work under pressure. And this led to a promotion as a legally appointed Supervisor after the company bid successful to a three-year HVAC maintenance contract in one of the country's major mine producing refined copper.
