My career has afforded me the opportunity to enhance my industry knowledge skills and molded me into an independent, self-motivated, innovative, logical and analytical thinker. Whilst I am able to work independently under high volumes of work and extreme pressure levels, my excellent communication and interpersonal skills allows me to converse with all individuals on a professional level. I am able to submit to authority. My outlook is locked onto the concept that personal advancement as well as corporate interest should work simultaneously, as I do not allow for my failures to result in stagnation, however, I use these as an opportunity to learn and to prevent any setbacks. My interest is to share knowledge that I have acquired over the years in the call center industry.
