Being of a career orientated disposition it was a childhood ambition which intrinsically grew in me and this burning desire resulted in me registering for an I.T qualification in Comptia A+ and N+. I previously worked for Vodacom where I was a Instore Data Expert. Thereafter I worked at SAI & JBJ Internet where my duties included, creating and managing support tickets, troubleshooting, monitoring of networks, troubleshoot ADSL, fibre, WiFi and email queries. I then became employed as junior field technician at BCX , whereby my duties include different types of support such as troubleshooting, setup, and installation of equipment and systems, I was then promoted to a customer engineer where I focus purely on a specific client, I am now coordinating engineers all over Africa, supporting them on their daily duties and ensuring work is done within SLA. This job will be an opportunity for me to now pursue my passion working in the I.T Industry.
