I am an innovative young HR Professional ready to change and add value to the workforce. I am also passionate about research. I have proven ability to be result-orientated in line with organisational goals & culture. I am a self-motivated, easy-going & confident individual of a cheerful personality. I have a Master of Commerce in HR and I am pursuing my PhD. I am also affiliated with the Golden Key Honours Society. I have worked in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry as a junior HR Officer taking care of KZN and some African countries. I then became a T&A Project Specialist. Some of my key achievements: 1. Drew up all the Time and Attendance (T&A) challenges which was presented by my colleague to the IT team in India which helped to draw solutions for T&A in Smollan South Africa 2. My innovative thinking, problem solving and communication skills allowed KZN to become the first region to reach increased T&A statistics with an improved rate from approximately 40% to over 75% 3. Implementation of various HR strategies for employee engagement and simplistic execution of HR procedures. I want to offer my help and expertise to people who really need it (especially SMEs/small businesses) and are struggling to get the help that they require. I can assist you in different facets of strategic HR & and also academics comprising of dissertation planning, research proposals, journal writing and technical editing. With regards to my academic profession, I am in the process of publishing three articles (2 journal articles and 1 Golden Key article) and I was a research assistant for UKZN. My profession allows me to change lives everyday in the spirit of Ubuntu. I believe HR is an area where we are always looking at raising the bar and taking people and processes to the next level!
