I am a person who who is goal oriented with customer management skills. I have 3 years experience as an inbound call Centre working at men's clinic international (February 2013 until February 2015) working with people on daily basis and I enjoyed working and always talking with people over the phone daily and also helping clients with walk-ins when coming to visit Doctors. I have that ability of treating confidential information of clients and also being proactive, productive and able to plan and organize my work daily. I also have 3 years experience working as senior Admin Clerk at Department of Labour (March 2015 until April 2019)whereby I was processing claims of people who got injured at work. I am a patient person who is ready to learn more from people in different organizations and be able to share my experience and knowledge which I have. I am looking forward for an inbound call Centre job or senior Admin job (Claims Processor).
