I Portia Manthata, am a self driven African female who can operate in an ever changing highly pressurised environment. I have an honours degree in Psychology, has worked for Edcon in the human resources department for over 24 years. My qualifications and leadership qualities such as performance focus, analytical skills, the ability to listen has assisted me in good decision making outcomes thus fostering healthy work climate in the business industry. I cope well with group activities and I am also a very independent worker who requires very little supervision. Given an opportunity I will prove myself in the work environment.
