I'm a person who manages and delegates tasks and takes on responsibility. I like building positive working relationships that help everyone to achieve goals in a team, I set out what I want to achieve and how, but also being able to understand where the other person is coming from so that we can both get what we want or need and feel positive about it when it comes to negotiation skills.
