I have 9 years’ experience in Human Resources, exposure to Labour Relations including but not limited to drafting verbal, written and final written warnings, drafting the charge sheets for disciplinary hearings and organising chairpersons for disciplinary hearings, reporting weekly and monthly on IR matters including absconsions. Recruitment, shortlisting of applicants, scheduling interviews and booking the boardroom, conducting reference checks and kroll checks, booking driving and psychometric assessments where applicable, preparing offer letters and completion of new engagement packs for payroll, and benefits (pension and medical aid) Also report on recruitment and new engagements. Performance reviews, ensuring that job descriptions are updated on laborite system and liaising with managers with regards to appraisal forms, ensure that managers have a one on one discussions with employees and complete the appraisal forms accordingly and ensuring time frames are adhered to by all managers, for performance reviews. I have worked on HR systems including CRS for booking staff training and capturing of disciplinary matters, ESS for leave approval according to company policy, VIP for retrieving employee information, Premier HR Skills module for capturing training that has taken place and Laborite for performance reviews.
