Allow me to express my interest in the Office Administrator/Training Coordinator/Training Administrator/Sales Agent position with your company. My interest in human relations (recruitment, selection, learning, training and development as well as office support) started when I enrolled for studies in Human Resource Management and Practices Support with MSC Business College. Human Resource Management with more emphasis on Training and Development as well as office support plays a very crucial role in every organization and it is of the utmost importance to recruit and select suitable candidates; and upon job placement, train and develop them so that they can have a competitive edge in the labour market. Having showed much interest in the training field, I then went on to complete a short learning program in Training and Development with the UNISA Centre for Business Management which equipped me with the knowledge and skill to administer and run a successful training program. I am currently studying towards a degree in Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations Management with North-West University. I was formally inducted into the skills development industry in a form of an in-service training in Skills Development Facilitation under the auspices of a Skills Development Facilitator, Mr. Andre Engelbrecht. I am currently free lancing as a Training Administrator/Training Coordinator for an engineering training company. As a Training Administrator/Coordinator for the company, my role include(s) (but not limited to) giving academic administrative support to our facilitators and assessors as well as the academy at larger, sales of skills programmes and learneships, selling training products and services on social media, scheduling and coordinating of training, managing student’s POEs, quotes and invoices, dealing with new enquiries, preparing training material and liaising with relevant SETAs and the Department of Higher Education and Training. These tasks have given me key employability skills while allowing me to experience working with different people and meeting deadlines. I thus believe that if given the opportunity, I can provide the most effective, efficient and responsive administrative, organizational and logistical services to the training department and organization as a whole. I am well-presented, articulate, disciplined and very analytical. My industry partners, former managers, colleagues and trainees have commended me for my high level of interpersonal skills and naturally engaging personality.
