Good day I started out my career in the cost accounting department after 4 years i was asked to go to cape town and run the warehouse. i have since then been able to work myself up to the position of operations manager and gained experience in the following running multiple sites (5) opening and closing sites negotiating with unions implementing changes to improve productivity (KPA and SLA) customer relations internal relations my biggest task was the changing of the computer system from Linux to Pastel. I was the team leader i love being busy and being involved in the day to day activities in the DC and always trying to find new ways to improve the working conditions I believe honest communication is key to a happy work force everyone needs to know what is expected from them and to ensure they are properly equipped to do the work. customers satisfaction is important as repeat customers business keeps the company going. I am a team player and will always do my best to ensure that the company is successful. I don't have the paperwork but I do have the experience.
