I am a UK and South African citizen currently living in South Africa. I have been employed in the Life Sciences/Clinical Diagnostics industry since March 2000. Transitioning from engineering field work to technical team leadership, and then into people, divisional and operational management. I have a well skilled and strong technical background, based in my academic qualifications and extensive field experience. My confident relationship skills and management understanding made my transition from field duty to people and operational management a successful and rewarding step in my career. I have deep knowledge and experience in both direct and channel partner business models and management, with the additional well-developed commercial sense of the business needs. I am by nature a diligent and hard worker, going the extra mile to get the job done. I believe strongly in honour, trust and ethics in my daily personal and work life.
