I have +1 year(s) experience as an IT technician/administrator intern. The professional skills I have massed through this experience include providing on-site desk support to the entire campus, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, installing hardware including network printers, workstations and imaging software, automating windows updates throughout campus labs, strategically manage cables to offer a neat and functional network, administering technical and non-technical training to students and staff, installing and managing security systems, conduct updates, create passwords and run check for viruses and spyware.
