▪ Excellent communication skills and network through my experience with the humanitarian sector work for 6 years, with collaborators and Ministry of Health counterparts, as well as able to do my own networking very independently. ▪ High capacity for negotiation when it is needed, internally at my own organization and also externally with counterparts and stakeholders. ▪ High technical skills specially for HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, gained since 2006 as Bacteriologist, during and up to date since working in the public health and humanitarian sector as laboratory manager and researcher. ▪ Good decision-making skills. I was able to make my own decisions as study manager for a specific study and also able to identify when I needed inputs or advice. ▪ Conflict resolution skills when it is required specially for human resources issues as laboratory manager in 2015, in charge of supervise a team of 9 people. ▪ High adaptability capacity. I can adjust to different advice given at certain point as well as easy adaptation to the local context wherever I work.
