An accomplished Human Capital Consultant with demonstrated proficiency and experience at mid to senior management level in the management consulting field across several industries, Palesa holds a master’s degree in Organisational / Industrial Psychology (2013). Palesa has experience in the fields of organisational consulting psychology, management consulting with specific reference to business strategy, organisational design / architecture, organisational development, talent management, capability building, design of HR transaction processes, change management, people transformation and work, competency architecture and assessment modelling and solution delivery. Prior to a career in Human Capital Advisory, Palesa worked as a diagnostic Radiographer focusing on the fields of computed tomography (CT scanning) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI scanning). During this period, Palesa had exposure to the Health Industry (from a service provider and not design perspective) in both the private and public sector. While in the process of changing careers Palesa worked night duty to finance her studies, while studying full time at Wits University thus demonstrating her willingness to work hard and commit to a goal despite obstacles. Palesa has demonstrated competence in the above-mentioned careers and work streams across various industries such as the Financial Industry (Banking and Insurance), Telecommunications, FMCG, Public Sector, Mining and Education, in and out of South Africa. Given her varied experience, Palesa considers herself adept to change, a quick learner who works best in fast paced and challenging environments.
