I am in possession of a Matric Exemption (2007) and Diploma in Travel and Tourism (2012). I am currently working as a travel consultant at a travel agency. I consult with clients, both over the phone and face-to-face regarding their travel desires. I advise them on different price options and attractions that might be appealing to them. With the knowledge I have acquired from completing the Galileo First Class and Online Computer Bases Training Programme, I have the skills to work on the Galileo system to find the best fare and make flight bookings accordingly. Working at a travel agency, I have also formed good working relationships with tour operators and other suppliers.  I enjoy working in a people orientated environment. I am a responsible individual and I have the ability to cope with the pressure of a demanding position. I can work independently as well as part of a team and I have excellent communication skills with fellow colleagues and customers. I am a motivated person with a great potential to learn and a determination to be successful. I believe I will be an asset to my future employer.
