I'm a Candidate Quantity Surveyor with more than 5 years of experience within various sectors within the construction industry. My experience comprises of working within a pure QS consulting firm, within property developing, and within a multi-disciplinary consultancy company has given me insight to working with Architects, Engineers and Project Managers. Furthermore, these experiences have given me the ability to deal with various stakeholders within the Private and Public sector within South Africa. Due to my array of experience within the construction sector, it has exposed me to contract administration dealing with JBCC, GCC, NEC3 and FIDIC contracts. My passion within the industry is inclined toward the involvement within green building and renewable energy. I have completed my Honours degree at the University of Cape Town in Quantity surveying as well as completing my Green Star SA accreditation for new building accredited professional.
