I am an Exercise Scientist with a strong background in Human physiology, Biochemistry, Exercise Rehabilitation, and Strength & Conditioning. Currently, I'm a problem solver. People come to me with their pain points (quite literally) and all the puzzle pieces to their physical conundrums. I help them make sense of and put these puzzle pieces together. Well, that's the way I like to think of what I do as a Biokineticist or Exercise Therapist. At my core, I am passionate about leaving a positive impression and making a difference in people's lives. My hunger to expand my skillset and increase my knowledge probably rivals that passion. It may come as no surprise that my hobbies include strength training and delving into the exercise science literature. I did, however, recently turn to breadmaking during the lockdown. Nothing like starting your own sourdough culture to feel like you're in the lab again.
