The key skill of an HR business partner is aligning management practices to the organisation's short-term and long-term strategic objectives, as well as driving and advocating for an optimal work environment. These skills I have acquired and refined by working on numerous projects across various industries over the past 16 years of my career. Also, having had the privilege to fulfill senior and executive positions, I have an understanding of challenges that management face and believe I am equipped to partner in resolving the challenges as well as contribute strategically.
