I am currently working for ****@*****.*** as a Customer Care Agent and have over 8 years’ working experience. This role has provided me with the opportunity to grow my customer service skills and telephone etiquette as I am responsible for dealing with customer complaints, processing refunds/ incorrect payments with the finance team, queries and placing their orders telephonically. I’m quality orientated and can handle pressure very well & work excellent within a team. I’m eager to learn new skills and love dealing with customers and giving them the best service possible & deliver results to meet customer’s expectations.
