I am a potential employee any communications company could ask for as I have obtained experience in the field which includes,typing skills,ms office,excel and word.I have also come to learn of good mannerism telephonically and being able to keep customers at ease and optimistic about receiving the perfect services that the company renders.I am also able to work at immense amounts of pressure as i have experience of working at an emergency control room,with that said I am able to make sure that the client receives the services efficiently.
