I have been working in the Hospitality Industry for more than 25 years. I Have extensive restaurant management experience with exposure to management positions. I pride myself in my work and have a passion for the industry, I like to pass my knowledge on to those willing and wanting to gain from my expertise. As Managing Director of Mikes Kitchen franchise we were awarded a number of awards including best management team, best new franchise and cleanest store as well as best play area. I am committed to my work and attempt to solve any issue as amicably as possible. I have also won some personal awards one of which I am proud of is a Lyons Rotary award for my work with mentally and physically abused children.
