I was part of the team that started up an IT company in 1993 that grew and was bought out and finalized in 2020 by Alviva Group. Im my 27 years i have experienced many job titles and was able to deliver exceptional service through 3 depressions and helped grow the company to a point that it was sold very profitably. I am looking for a change and a challenge. I have managed the operations department in order to deliver on customer requirements I have managed projects and ensured delivery, service and satisfaction I have held many leadership roles for inspiration to delivery to business process re engineering Through out all this and the objective of making a profit I was able to never lose focus on the key values of trust. Long term relationships and an equal trade of service for accounts that got paid on time. With staff and clients i worked on the value and benefits of trust. In assisting my clients i was able to identify needs and gain assistance in solving the needs within our solutions framework. As a Manager of operations and services i scheduled and planned the entire department to ensure delivery as well as profitability. I attended many motivational and leadership and communications courses to assist in creating a team didicated to the growth mentality and to strive for excellence in our delivery. I took the operational and financial positions to a new level by not just booking the resource to capacity But also helped build a system that fed into the accounts and assisted in proactive forecasting which then allowed us to change outcomes rather than just sit at month end disappointed in the net profit achieved. I re engineered all processes and documents to allow reusables' at each opportunity as well as to streamline efficiencies. I reported back regularly to both our board of executives as well as my client's boards. Due to my expertise and honesty i was valued at the clients as a solution provider of preference as i ensured delivery of each endeavor. Being on the board of the company i am, and do act in all activities very strategically and analyse risk and opportunity like it is second nature. I am very pedantic and my passions are delivery and service that results in profit. Hence a good relationship with staff and clients are in my mind prerequisites to every endeavor i undertake and i must therefore believe in what the company offers as then i dont sell bust rather help my staff and clients reap the benefits of the service they need.
