My name is Nicolas. Born in the Eastern Cape of South Africa in a small farming stead named Elandsrivier. Growing up in such an environment taught me a great deal of respect for all the things that the earth could provide. This is the main reason why I always prefer working with fresh ingredients as a mixologist. by extracting the flavours and turning them elixirs, I was able to create drinks that tasted amazing. I mean, to me. it was all about the art of it. The art of balance and intricacy. Bartending is this wonderfully social environment where you play host to the joys of others. I believe that my love of people coupled with my love of the job, would make me a great addition to any team.
