I have been involved in the Human Resource field in various capacities in the last 18 Years and believe that the human resources function has a transformational and strategic role to fulfill in achieving organizational goals. I was appointed as Human Resources Officer in 2006 and appointed as HR Manager at JIC Hernic Operations in 2013 and as HR Coordinator at GST until Jan 2017. My previous employer was CSG Security. I have my own transport and working flexible hours does not bother me. To further my development in the Human Resources I have completed my Human Recourses Management B-Tech degree and graduated in September 2011 from the Vaal University of Technology. I consider myself as an HR generalist that is responsible for maintaining the Human Resources Department and services, which provided me the opportunity to gain exposure in all the various Human Resources principals such as; Industrial Relations, Attending to CCMA, Union negotiations at operational as well as Regional Level, Skills Development, Recruitment and Selection, Health and Safety, Remuneration, Personnel management and Labour Control. It also provided me with the opportunity to establish departmental objectives and operating procedures to ensure the required standards of excellence and, to position the department as a strategic business partner within the organization. In managing the job, I have the ability to manage continually changing and challenging circumstances in the organization, will make decisions that reflect sound judgement and use creative problem-solving methods in the pursuit of organizational goals. I am open to new ideas and am a proactive self-starter who will take action to achieve goals. I have a high level of integrity and will take responsibility for my decisions and actions.
