With 14+ years of marketing experience, I describe myself as passionate about developing, driving and delivering marketing strategies within a business. I have served 12 years at a management level within small and large organisations, and have 10 years of people leadership experience through direct line-management of manager and nonmanagement team members, whilst constantly dedicating sufficient time to coaching and mentoring of myself and others. Furthermore, I have enjoyed 5 years of above-market experience having worked in sub-Saharan Africa across multiple roles, businesses and categories enabling my ability to work across geographies with ease. I have focused my career progression within FMCG in Sales & Marketing to build both depth and breadth across a multitude of roles.
