I am a hardworking, honest, ambitious, versatile individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. My most significant personal values are recognition, ambition, service and challenge. I approach any new challenge as an opportunity to impress the client. Whether this be internal or external. My exposure to the corporate world has also assisted me with understanding and implementing processes and best practice. In this senior role, I may not have had an allocation of direct reports however a leadership component was required to meet my daily function. This included, but was not limited to, attending the monthly QA (Quality Assurance) meeting held by senior management and attended by all levels of management. I was required to complete a report including the findings and a plan for corrective action to be taken. During an investigation it would mostly be found that the error which negatively impacted the business was caused by a human. The individual would be interviewed and assisted with coaching and an individual performance plan. This scenario allowed me to utilize both my coaching and leadership skills as well as ensure the company human resource policies were met and adhered to.
