Ngoako is a qualified Electrical Engineering Technologist (B-Tech Eng.: Electrical) and a registered Candidate Technician with ECSA. Ngoako also holds a BSc (Hons) in Technology Management, completed a Programme in Project Management (PPM) as well as Certificate in Contract Management through the University of Pretoria. His experience spans a period of approximately 9 years in Power generation plant, High Voltage Testing and Works Inspections (Eskom, South African Bureau of Standards -NETFA and Department of Public Works). He was involved with the refurbishment of MV and LV Switchgear, Protection systems, DC Systems, Cabling packages at Duvha Refurbishment project. He was a Project Manager at CSIR Technology Localization and Implementation Unit (TLIU) where he was implementing Technology Assistance Package to companies that need to be competitive with international trends and those supply or work with State Owned Companies on their Capital Expansions. Ngoako then left Mintek end of July 2015 to join Siemens Healthcare as Project Manager Southern Africa on the 03rd August 2015. He is all part-time Real Estate agent and building soon to launched estate agency.
