I have worked part time in customer service environment. My experience has been handling incoming calls , making outgoing calls. I enjoyed the challenges that go along with it, is the opportunity to connect with people and to relate to others and the team. I formed some significant customer relationships. I worked well with others. I am have finished 18 months of my studies in Public Management , and I am looking for an in service training opportunity for 18 months so I can graduate my Diploma in Public Management . My real strength is my attention to detail. I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. When I commit to doing something, I make sure it gets done, and on time.
