I started working for a call center company as a sales agent without experience and within 3 months I was 3rd top sales agent and ever since then I have maintained top position. Within 2 years I was promoted to customer service agent and that's where I learnt a lot about assisting clients and expanding my experience in the company, also got to do collection for the company and do some employment confirmation for clients. I am self motivated so I always plan on exceeding expectations of company requirements.
