With over 10 years of experience within the FMCG manufacturing environment I have developed valuable skills, knowledge and relationships within this industry that would bring value to this role. I have a strong sales background, having managed top local and international brands - including MCD, KFC, PNP, Spar, Checkers, Woolworths, Nestle, Festive and many more. My ability to build strong relationships within these companies has allowed me the opportunity to grow within my career. I pride myself in my relationships and customer satisfaction. My passion and formal education also lies in marketing and new product development. I love being able to envision a project and take from initial concept right through seeing it on shelf. The technical aspects of my role are one of my career highlights, being able to fully understand and grasp my client’s working environment to better understand their business and needs and then taking that knowledge and developing a product that can enhance their capabilities or business model. It’s not just a simple sell but a complex model I thrive in. I work within a strong team and make it of priority to build these relationships and ensure we have excellent communication and understanding that I am able to reply on them when I require assistance or am traveling. I believe in uplifting my team and sharing knowledge and skills to empower a stronger team. My strength lies in being able to drive and push myself to better my skills and always work smarter and keep learning. I am very capable of working on my own.
