I am looking for a job that will allow for the incremental growth of my skills. In my case, I am technically and creatively inclined. I, therefore, enjoy getting stuck into wireframing and mocking up ideas for a client. I then love following through by implementing the actual design and usability ideas into a working web or mobile application. I believe if you are more involved with the development life cycle you can be more creative with the incoming data and design for it. I see myself as a User Experience or Usability implementer. The first step would always involve the planning and prototyping of the ideas. followed by the implementation of those ideas. For the next stage in the development of my career, I would be interested in moving into a mid-management type role; for example, where I could start with working alongside various UX and UI designers, looking at their mockups and giving feedback, or working with the individuals in creating them. I would also be happy to be in more of an "overseeing" role. Ideally, I would love to use the 13 years of experience I have and move towards a place where I can spread that knowledge across a few projects and make an impact that way. At the end of the day great Usability, Design and User Experience is based on continuous testing leading to improvements.
